I am having the same issues you were having, and I was wondering if y'all found a solution. Microsoft tech back up was working on it for vi hours and couldn't figure information technology out.

I accept a usb MOUSE and a ps2 KEYBOARD on a desktop with Win10 pro. The keyboard stopped working after I temporarily used a usb keyboard...... I was cleaning the keys on the ps2.
I have a possible solution, at least one that worked for me:
